Alternatively you can let your course administrator know you wish to speak to someone in person and they will make an appointment for you.

We advise you to read through our comprehensive guidance notes before you begin completing your application.

The system allows you to save the information you input, at any point of your application, and return to it later, to complete in your own time.  Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an email to let you know it has been received.

Admissions

2. Admission to a programme of studies

Once you have submitted your application, the relevant course tutor will check your application. Admission is subject to the fulfillment of the relevant entry requirements, which are specified on all of the course outlines. Please also read the Trust’s Terms of Admission.

3. Interview

Some courses will require an additional admissions process and you will be required to attend an interview. Each course provides clear guidance on specific programme/subject entry requirements and the process of admissions.

4. Offer of a Place

If your application is successful, the Finance and Registry Office will send you an offer letter via e-mail, where you will be able to accept or decline the offer of a place on your chosen course or defer your entry to the next academic year.

Registration

5. Accepting the Offer

On receipt of the offer letter, please complete the online offer response form to accept the offer. Once you have accepted the offer, you will receive a confirmation email which will guide you through the remaining 3 steps required to complete registration: -

1.  Pay your fees. Please see the Course Fee Regulations

2.  Join the library.

3.  Please note the dates of enrolment and course induction in your diary.
(These dates are listed below in point. 6).

6. Enrolment Week and Course Inductions

Clinical Trainees - All NEW clinical trainees to the Trust are expected to attend a 3-Day Induction and Introductory Event on Monday 16 September, Tuesday 17 September and Wednesday 18 September 2013.

Invitations and a timetable for this 3-day induction and introductory event will be sent to you in August.  The timetable will be posted here nearer the time, once it has been confirmed.

Non-Clinical Students - All NEW non-clinical students should attend Enrolment Day on Thursday 19 September 2013 between 9.30am-6.30pm.  Students can attend at any time during the day to enrol, however, where courses hold course inductions on the day, you would be advised to arrange your time such that you enrol either side of your course induction.  Invitations to the enrolment day and details about course specific inductions will be emailed to you by your course administrator in August.

IMPORTANT – All NEW students (clinical trainees and non-clinical students) must bring photo-identification (i.e. passport, driving license) to enrolment day and must complete the Library’s online pre-registration tutorial before collecting their library membership card. This does not apply to students who are in Year 2.
