Postgraduate Courses

Our refund policy for students on courses is as follows:-

Withdrawing/delaying entry more than 4 weeks prior to start of the Academic Year (AY)
  Full refund
Withdrawing/delaying entry within 4 weeks prior to the start of the Academic Year
  90% refund
Withdrawing /delaying entry after the start of the academic year and before 1 December
  2 /3rd fee refunded
Withdrawing /delaying entry on or after 1 December
  No refund
The Trust cancels a course
  Full refund

 

CPD and Conferences

All cancellations must be made in writing to events@tavi-port.ac.uk. All cancellations are subject to an administration charge of 10% of the conference fee.

Cancellations made no later than 14 days prior to the conference
  90% refund
Cancellations made within 14 days of the conference/ cpd
  No refund

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust reserves the right to change the conference content, timing, speakers or venue without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your acceptance of the offer contract for up to 7 working days from the day after you have accepted this offer. You can do this by emailing us at: jdaci@tavi-port.org or by post to Joanna Daci, Registry & Finance, Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, 120 Belsize Lane, London, NW3 5BA.

If the Programme of Study starts before the end of this cancellation period, and you attend at the Programme of Study within the cancellation period, you agree that the Trust will be supplying services to you with your agreement before the end of the cancellation period, and you will no then no longer be able to cancel this contract under these cancellation rights.
