There are lots of ways to make contact with our support staff who are more than happy to discuss your training needs over the phone or in person.
General enquiry
If you have a general question about anything to do with training at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust you can contact Admissions and General Enquiries, who will be able to answer your questions or redirect you to the relevant people who can.

Submit a contact form
Often our students have specific needs and their questions can only be answered on a case-by-case basis. In this instance we advise that you submit a contact form and include all the details which make your enquiry specific to your situation. This will speed up the process by helping us direct your question to the relevant person, and by having your enquiry in writing we can be sure to find out all the information you need in one go.
Open evenings
We hold two open evenings each year, the first in February and the second in May. Prospective students have an opportunity to come along and meet the teaching and administrative staff, as well as speak to current students. This is an excellent opportunity for you to meet with the course staff in person and discuss, one-to-one, any concerns and queries you may have about our courses. For more information click here.
Current students
If you want to hear what other students have to say about our courses then check out the student stories section of this website. There is also an opportunity to speak with current students at the open evenings.
Course administrators
Each course has a named administrator, and each administrator manages a wide range of courses. If you have a question that is specific to a course then it is a good idea to contact the relevant course administrator. Your course administrator’s direct line and email can be found on the relevant course page in the find a course section of this website.
Course organising tutor
The best way to contact your Organising Tutor is through your course administrator. Teaching staff are also practising clinicians so they aren’t regularly contactable. Your course administrator can help you with most enquiries and they will act on your behalf to organise a time to speak to the teaching staff if you wish. Your course administrator’s direct line and email can be found on the relevant course page in the find a course section of this website.
